Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, our standard return policy will apply. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect this transaction in your account.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Some items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons or product nature, which will be clearly marked on the product page.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's policies. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds may be issued as store credit at our discretion, particularly for international orders where return shipping costs are prohibitive. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund for domestic returns. For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order number and payment details. We will investigate the matter and keep you updated on our findings.

For payments made via PayPal, please check your PayPal account balance before contacting us. Some refunds may be credited there rather than returned to your original payment method. If the refund was processed on our end but hasn't appeared in your account after 15 business days, we will work with our payment processor to trace the transaction and resolve the issue promptly.
